Judy Shen-Filerman is CEO of Dreambridge Partners, LLC. She founded her leadership training and coaching firm to enable advancement success for executives, professionals and students who are “culture-crossers” in the American workplace.

Judy has over 25 years of experience as a marketing executive, consultant and entrepreneur. An accomplished leader, she led innovative businesses at Procter & Gamble, Campbell Soup Asia and Polaroid, in the U.S. and overseas. She progressed quickly in her corporate career to become the youngest Vice President at Polaroid.

Judy’s coaching incorporates her first-hand experience as a bi-lingual, immigrant woman who navigated a myriad challenges to achieve corporate success. She engages clients to take actions that align with their cultural core values while achieving practical goals for their careers and organizations.

She writes extensively about leadership, career and culture. Judy also coaches MBA and Executives at Harvard Business School, is a regular contributor to The Boston Globe Job Doc Chat, and has been featured in numerous professional and national publications.

Judy is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Dan Shepard is an innovative career development professional with a recognized ability to coach, facilitate discovery, and provide added value to clients at all levels. He is recognized as a thought leader through the development of innovative programs such as networking for introverts and interviewing brand preparation.

Dan has a passion for the subject of cultural intelligence. He has worked as a Global Sales Manager, NGO Advisor, NGO Board Member and/or Volunteer in South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. He is currently taking a series of courses at the Intercultural Communications Institute.

He has recently founded his own firm called Career Possibilities and is a Career Coach at Tufts University for Alumni. Dan spent 12 years at Keystone Partners, a career development firm, as a Senior Consultant and Partner coaching senior executives in career transition.

Jayne Mattson

Jayne Mattson, Founder of CareerEngage and Senior Career Management Consultant for a New England based Career Management Firm. She works with a diverse range of industries, functions, and organizational levels and specializes in career self-assessment, mid-career change and effective job search strategies.

A skilled trainer and facilitator, Jayne has applied her expertise in developing and leading dynamic career enrichment seminars, including “Understanding Corporate Culture and “Using Social Media to Build Relationships. ” In addition, Jayne frequently authors articles on numerous career topics; her work has appeared on Mashable.com, Monster, Career Builder, as well as in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.

Jayne is a frequent speaker at Bryant University’s Annual Women’s Summit.

Based on her belief that today’s millennials are tomorrow’s leaders, Jayne founded CareerEngage, an organization for early to mid career professionals who are interested in being proactive in managing and developing their careers.

Jayne holds a Masters Degree of Management from Leslie University and a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from Northeastern University.
